What is the procedure to get married?

Step (2): Receive a marriage license from the county.
Step (3): Two Witnesses must be present at ceremony.
Step (4): The dowry should be agreed upon.
Step (5): Parental blessing.
Step (6): The cost for the service is $300.00.
